Kilchoman Small Batch Release (STR/Bourbon/Sherry)

This small batch vatting combines bourbon and oloroso sherry matured Kilchoman with specially selected shaved, toasted & re-charred (STR) red wine casks, bottled non-chill filtered at natural cask strength at 48.7%. A combination of 75% Bourbon, 20% red wine and 5% sherry casks. The result is a marriage of classic Kilchoman citrus and peat smoke with layers of red fruits, cinnamon sweetness, and fresh vanilla.
