  1. Must I be 21 Years Old to purchase?
  2. You must be at least 21 years of age to order alcohol.
  3. Who are eligible to purchase?
  4. Only non-Muslim are eligible to purchase.
  5. Do you deliver outside of Malaysia?
  6. No. We only deliver within Peninsular Malaysia.
  7. How Many Attempts Does Courier Make To Deliver?
  8. The Courier will make only one attempts to delivery an order. After the attempt, the package will be shipped back to us and you must contact us and pay for shipping before the order can be re-shipped.
  9. Do we ship to PO BOX?
  10. Products cannot be shipped to a PO Box or international.
  11. How do we package the order(s) and is the box discreet?
  12. We use corrugated shipping boxes. We may add a sticker that says something to the extant of Fragile Glass. We also bubble wrap certain items.
  13. What is your delivery fee?

  15. How long before my order ships?
  16. Once your order is confirmed, we do our best to ship the order within 24 to 48 hours, although it may take up to 5 business days before the order is actually shipped due to availability of the stock and weather condition.
  17. When will I receive my Tracking Number?
  18. Once the package is shipped, you will get a package tracking number e-mailed to you.
  19. How Do I Pay for my order?
  20. Payments are handled through STRIPE payment. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including: Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions. Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
  21. Can I pay cash on delivery?
  22. No. We regret that we only accept digital payment (Visa/Mastercard/Bank Transfer/E-Wallet) for all online delivery.
  23. Can I cancel after payment is made?
  24. Absolutely. Please call/Whatsapp us at 019-6906101. If your order has already been shipped out, you will need to return the products to us, and we will refund you. Refund terms & conditions apply.
  25. Is there a limit to how much I can order?
  26. No. All our products are genuine. Hence you may purchase as much as you need subject to availability at our shop.

CHARGES
The shipping price is auto-calculated based on your shipping address and weight/dimension. We also provide FREE shipping with T&C applied.
DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMING
Our delivery partner is Yunda Express (Peninsular Malaysia). Once the package is shipped, you will get a package tracking number e-mailed to you. If you do not receive your purchases within 2 – 5 working days (West Malaysia), please contact us immediately.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All business day delivery will be made from Monday to Friday. No delivery will be made during weekends and Public Holidays. Delivery can be delayed due to weather conditions.

Kindly note that all our products listed are guaranteed genuine, and as per such we will not accept any refunds or returns on product sold. Therefore, you are advised to be vigilant and re-confirm your selection before performing a payment. Any opened or consumed products are considered sold and strictly not eligible for return and/or refund.

Nevertheless, only under circumstances below are we able to entertain such requests, namely:

  1. The items were damaged in-transit before arriving at your doorstep.
  2. The items that you had received does not match the descriptions of your orders.

Kindly note that you can only raise a return request within 24-hours upon receiving all your ordered product(s). In events where such issue happens, kindly fill in the form below.

Our operation team will investigate and update your request status in 2 working days. You will be notify on the request status via registered email. We may contact you for further arrangements and follow-ups to your requests if necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Items must be returned in its pristine quantity and condition e.g. if the item consists of 2 bottles, ALL 2 bottles would be returned accordingly together with any packaging and accessories provided.

For full refund request, please note that the refund transfer period might differ depending on various reasons including, method of payment that you use on the original payment, bank operation hours etc. Hence, please allow 3 to 14 business days for the refund to be process.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT DISCLAMER

  • Liquorization will arrange a third-party courier service to collect the return product/s from the customer.
  • The pickup point will be based on the invoice’s address.
  • The pickup time is according to the third-party courier services operation hour (usually ranging from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM onwards.)
  • We will arrange the pickup only ONCE, and the customer will be notified in advance prior to the pickup as a confirmation.
  • As per such as well, the customer is also held responsible for the pickup, hence please make sure someone is available for the pickup.
  • However, Liquorization request that the customer understands the possible hazards during delivery and as such, will not hold us liable for any damages to the items that are sustained in transit.
  • Please exercise caution during packaging and delivery as the items may be affected by heat and sunlight exposure.
  • Liquorization is held responsible for the cost of returning the items back to our facilities.
  • If the customer missed the pickup, the customer would have to return the product/s to Liquorization themselves.
  • As per such, the customer would be solely responsible for the conditions and safety of the product during transit to our facilities.
  • Shall there be any damages that had happened throughout the course of transit, the customer will bear the complete costs of the items.

Our store is hosted on a secure online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through secure data storage, databases and the general e-commerce application. The data is stored on secure servers behind a firewalls.

Payment:

We use Stripe to process our payments. Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
